GMEAC Mission
The mission of the Greater Milford Events and Arts Council (501c3) is to enhance the overall quality of our community and to enrich the cultural lives of the people in the greater Milford area by coordinating events, promoting education, and supporting excellence in the arts.

A Message from Connie Hunter, GMEAC President
As president of GMEAC, I'm excited to be an integral part of a fast-growing community initiative to promote the greater Milford area as a premier location for events and arts. Our goal is to help organizations be successful with events in our area by providing information resources (such as a comprehensive list of facilities and venues) and support (with an extensive group of volunteers).

In our first full year (2009) of existence, we facilitated many diverse events from "The Nutcracker Ballet" produced by ballet tech ohio to Zumba Dancing, an Historic Milford Association block party on Main Street in Milford. In the background, we were hard at work on achieving our non-profit status, with the final 501c3 application now submitted for approval.

I urge you to attend our monthy meetings and see what we're all about. Volunteer and gain the satisfaction of knowing that YOU gave back something to the community and had fun doing it! How rewarding it is to see cultural and community events come to our city and know you've had a part in their success. Help GMEAC grow! Become a member or a volunteer with our Helping Hands group.

Please feel free to contact me personally for more information. You can reach me at connie25@cinci.rr.com. I look forward to hearing from - and hopefully meeting - you!
